We have also the same sort of situation when trying to connect a MRB case 

@Carole To connect a Change Order when parking a shop order, I believe it must have an action that is connected to either:

• The shop order
• An operation on the shop order
• The shop order part 
• A component part of any material line on the shop order

I made a quick test and connected the change order action to part = PTS

Then this change order appears in the loV in the Part Shop Order dialog for shop orders that are using this component

Hi, we are having the same issue as above, I have followed the instructions but I am trying to connect a shop order to the change order action instead of a part as you have, how do you find what the object key should be for a shop order? Having to type it all out is not very user friendly!

​@EBusby it might be easier if you start at the Shop Order to make the connection to an action.

Or if your process is to work from the Action, in the Object Key use the ‘Find’ command to get to a list of orders which you can filter to find the specific order (or other object).

Thanks very much for the detailed info! Unfortunately, I have tried connecting from the shop order but when we use the ‘find’ command on either the change order action or from the shop order when trying to park it, no data is found. Interestingly though, when I try to connect the change order to the shop order from the shop order attachments tab as per your screenshot, the change order is found. We already have entries for the shop order header and change order actions in the ‘quick object connect’ and ‘object connections’ screens so I’m not sure if there’s something else I’m missing, the easiest process for us would be to connect the change order to the shop order from the shop order screen, in the ‘park assistant dialogue.’

Any help would be much appreciated.
