We have created dummy location called “Damaged” in one site and moved some damaged stock to that location and user doesn’t want to show that quantity as available stock in customer order. Can you advice how to achieve this ?

You have to use an Availability Control that has the parameter Part Supply Control set to Not Nettable
Have you tried using Availability Control ID in inventory part in stock?

Yes. As at now, I have put Control ID in order to block those stock but yet it still shows as Available stock
