Why is the Gantt removed as a tab from the Project Navigator screen in Apps10 as compared to Apps8? It is a separate screen now but few of the MRO customers stated that they preferred to view it in a tab. Could you please let me know why?

IFS R&D had informed me that Project Gantt was introduced as a separate screen in APP9 onwards, as a result of performance and usability enhancement.
Having a separate screen for Project Gantt has resulted a huge performance improvement in Project Navigator. And also, it has enabled introducing advanced features to Project Gantt compared to earlier versions. I hope this clarifies the issue at hand.
