Is there a way that I can also create multiple revisions with the Purchase Raw part type, similar to a manufactured part?

I can never create a valid revision here so that the transfer does not overwrite it.

Thank you for your help.

Hello Matt

Perfect, that's exactly what solves my problem.
Can I also set the template as default with my Part?

Thank you.
Henning

Yes, in Manufacturing Standards Basic Data you set the default template to use for each part type.

Yes, you can configure the Part Transfer Template to create a new inventory part revision for each new Engineering Part Revision.

Create Part Revision for each Eng Revision

  • If this check box is selected, it indicates that new part revisions will be created for each engineering revision. This is only applicable for expense, purchased and purchased raw parts.
