We are using IFS Applications 9, and I am trying to disable the right-click (RMB) functionality in the "OP Reports" tab of the Shop Floor Workbench for specific users. Could someone please assist with the process to implement this restriction?

What about simply hiding the RMB items on this tab in the user profile for the required users?
Did you try the following settings in permission sets?
Maybe you can grant them just read permissions to this tab.
