Consignment Inventory - Undo Customer Order Shipment

Hello all,

 

We have a shipment we were trying to undo on a consignment order. Normally this is not a problem, but on this particular part, we are getting this message:

“UNCODELOV is not valid for lot/batch master. Contact system support.”

 

When I have tested this, it appears to be related to the lot quantity rule being set to many lots per production order in the master part record, but not 100% sure about this.

    I believe you have already created ticket ID : G2268217 in order to investigate reported issue by IFS Support. IFS Functional expert will look into the issue and update you with required information.
