We have an approval template for MRB Dispositions which has multiple steps. Step 30 should be assigned to a group but instead gets assigned to the coordinator. This has worked previously.

Is the Coordinator a member of the Group?
Hi Matt, thanks for replying. Yes, I think in all cases I’ve seen the coordinator has been a member of the group. I wondered if this was by design but it doesn’t appear to happen in other steps
Have you checked the current template again and reused the template now? This behaviour has never happened to me before. And in which IFS version are you?
