We have an approval template for MRB Dispositions which has multiple steps. Step 30 should be assigned to a group but instead gets assigned to the coordinator. This has worked previously.

+4Hi Matt, thanks for replying. Yes, I think in all cases I’ve seen the coordinator has been a member of the group. I wondered if this was by design but it doesn’t appear to happen in other steps
+13Have you checked the current template again and reused the template now? This behaviour has never happened to me before. And in which IFS version are you?
