Is there a way to restrict a report only to print the 1st page ?

Hi @Pheonix ,

Not sure which report you are referring, but I guess you can manage this with the report rule.

My suggestion is to create a separate layout where only the first page is shown. with the report rule, you can set this layout to be printed. this by selecting the Action Type ‘Preselect Property’.

Hope you will be able to manage,

@Pheonix , you can get it done using a  report rule like below. this is one of the test that i have done in one of our internal environments and it works

Go to report rule window and create a report rule using your report ID

then add report action and action type should be Set Property.

then right click on the line and select edit action and add the  from and two page numbers

finally save the rule, refresh the report and security cache  and run the report. in the preview you will see all the report but when you print or email it it will only take the 1 page.

hope this helps.

Kind Regards!

Niyomal.

How to set it to print always the last page? The number of pages increases when you run the report.
