Hi all

after having this error message “This Add-in is installed for all users on this computer and can only be connected or disconnected by an administrator”, I was no longer able to open my IFS BR Reports created.

I uninstalled IFS BR 21.2.0.0 (installed before with the MSI) … and I installed again IFS BR .. but I always have the same issue.

I follow the topics named “IFS BR issue with Office 365”.

I have installed IFS BR as administrator but I always have the same message : Operation Cancelled (Exception of HRESULT : 0x80004004 (E_ABORT)

it’s very strange because 1 hour before it’s running well, but after a Microsoft Crash, … I have this issue.

Please contact me asap I really must use IFS BR and reports for an important presentation this week.
