Creating Email alert when the IFS BR Execution Server stops

Does anybody know whether it is possible to create an email alert that should fire when IFS Business Reporter Execution Server status stops.

 

I tried to create an alert on XLR_BAES_TAB when Active = 0 but when the Business Reporter Execution Server stops on the Report Server the XLR_BAES_TAB Active column isn’t changing from 1 to 0.

 

Any advice would be much appreciated.
