What is causing the InvoiceDeadline & CustomerStatisticsGroup columns to highlight red when creating a new customer order if they are marked as not required in the page designer?

Non required fields are highlighted red

If you click the Required box on and then off again, does that make a difference?
I did see that to be the case in our Aurena days.

+25That’s a known issue, also for custom fields. At least for custom fields (my experience) you can still save the record, even if the field is empty.
