Our client has huge printing load and uses crystal web services. - IFS10 UPD14
can i insall and configure the same on multiple machines to act as a cluster

Hello, Yes correct, if we configure the printer server in two different machine it will work as cluster and helpful to handle the load...we have implemented one of the customer.
