We are currently conducting tests in the Demo Studio environment.
When attempting to delete an IFS user, we encountered the following error:
"User cannot be deleted because they performed tasks in Maintenix. If the user account is no longer required, it is preferable to lock the account."
We found that all of the users we created were associated with the Maintenix OTA Organization, which prevented their deletion. After removing the OTA Organization assignment, we were able to delete the users successfully.
We do not recall performing any action to assign these users to the OTA Organization. Is a user automatically associated with the OTA Organization when an IFS user is created?
Could you please clarify whether this is expected standard behavior or an environment-specific configuration?
