Maintenance Calendar and Condition generation - can these jobs be scheduled?

Try this -

1. Go to New Database Task (note: not task schedule)
2. In Database Task, find  Method WORK_TIME_CALENDAR_API.SET_CALENDAR_GENERATED
3. Grant it to the relevant permission sets and refresh security cache
4. Go to New Database Task Schedule
5. Find your new Database Task 

   

6. Set FOWARD_CHANGES_ to 1
7. Schedule it.

We are doing CalGen every month, but we have to manually cancel w/o’s as the lower frequency PM actions does not get suppressed during CalGen. Is there any setup that needs to be done so that w/o’s are suppressed.

hi ​@RoneshC - are the lower frequency PM generated from a PM Action? If yes you can manually change the lines to be non generatable, however I’m curious as to why the trigger isn’t set to the frequency you need and then the WO that are generated should be completed?

​@anmise - thanks for your reply I have been able to get this working with condition generation, the API was not the work time calendar it was PM_CRITERIA_PLAN_API.GENERATE__, however for the calendar generation api the parameters that I need are date parameters. Can you advise how I set then so that it runs from start date of 12months in the past (to not miss anything) and to stop date of 1 week ahead from the job running that I will schedule to run once a week on a sunday.
