Is there a way to print the Request for Agreement Quotation report directly from the details page in IFS Cloud?

I have created and released a “Request for Agreement Quotation” request. Is there a button or option to print the “Request for Agreement Quotation” report directly from this screen?

I was able to print it from “Order Report” but I am wondering if there is supposed to be a button or option on the Request for Agreement Quotation Details page to print it from there - similarly how Customer Order has a “Print Order Confirmation” button/command at the Customer Order header.

@Edwards Thank you for this! As I was creating the button I noticed that 1 Supplier is an argument which is a field that is not available at the header. I went into the Suppler Tab and found that the button to print report is there by default but it’s only available when you select a Supplier (which makes sense based off of the Report Parameters):

However, I did notice that you tried to add the button in the header in your screenshot - were you able to reference the selected Supplier and map it to the Supplier parameter of the command or is this not possible since it would be a 1-to-many relationship between the header and the suppliers tab?

Thanks for your help!

Not seeing an option to print by default on that screen, but if you are familiar with the page designer tools in IFS cloud you can configure a button yourself to be able to print this report:

select page designer on the form

Select plus button on command group and execute operational report

Configure the button
button on form
  • Not sure if this is the report you were looking for, but this is how you can add print buttons to print reports directly from a page.

Thanks,

Edwards

@jamie.malangyaon

I just added some random column to get the button as I wasn’t sure I was using the correct report / form and wanted to make the example, but I believe you are correct based on your findings that multiple suppliers couldn’t be passed into the order report. This is most likely why the button isn’t on the header, but at the very least you have a way to print the report from the form now 🙂.

Thank you,

Edwards

@Edwards No worries! I wouldn’t have been able to find that “Print Report” in the Supplier tab if I didn’t try your suggestion so I appreciate your response. 😊
