Question

Invalid Credentials in azure login

Forum|alt.badge.img+6

Hello,

We have setup everything in IFS Cloud regarding Azure Login but when trying to login through it, it is showing as invalid credentials.

Please let me know if I am missing something here.

Thanks,

Mani

Can you access the management VM, run the following command, and share the output? It looks like the OData or IAM pods might not be functioning properly.

kubectl get pods -A

I believe this is a remote installation using MicroK8s. Could you provide more details?

Can you please give me the steps to do this. Or do we have any documentation regarding this.

Thanks,

Mani

@MANI0202 ,

Seeing your login window you are using IFS IAM login cerditials not Azure SSO.

Some intials thoughts

  1. Are you loggin in to the application for the 1st time
  2. which user are u using to login
  3. have you tried login via ifsadmin user. you will find the credentials in ifs-cloud.yaml file
  4. By Default IFSAPP user is locked and you will need to activate this from ifsadmin user

Let me know if you need any further info

regards

Pankaj

Isn't this more of an SSO issue if Azure login is mentioned?

You could find more info on an on-prem remote deployment from the pod logs (managed cloud would require asking them with a ticket).

But it might easier to redo the Azure side. I think our problems resolved with that - and Azure issues won't necessarily show in IFS logs.
