Dear Experts,

Can anybody tell me we are trying to send data to PSO from IFS Cloud not more than 30 days. Eventually when we checked the LOAD we could see longer future days activities are also been send to PSO.

Can anybody confirm and tell which parameters that restrict sending future tasks to PSO.

We are using process type as “Appointment”. Below are the example.

<Input_Reference>
<id>59621</id>
<datetime>2027-11-03T00:15:21+11:00</datetime>
<dataset_id>TEST</dataset_id>
<duration>P5D</duration>
<input_type>LOAD</input_type>
<appointment_window_duration>P30D</appointment_window_duration>
<process_type>APPOINTMENT</process_type>
</Input_Reference>

Thanks,

Which attribute defines a “future task”? And what tasks to you see being sent (but don’t want to)?

Hey @Alexander Heinze ,

It’s all PM task, whose SLA start datetime are future dates like example Feb,2027. So, ideally we don’t want this to be transferred to PSO. where our scheduling window is max 30 days.

Do you know which parameter that restrict sending future days SLA to PSO.

Can you double-check the Scheduling SLA Types section of the task to see when the earliest one starts (maybe post a screenshot)? And if the work is due in 2027, why is the work order (and task) already released?
