Hello Community,

I hope everyone is doing well!

I need some help with understanding how to use the option "Add new sales parts to sales price list" in IFS 8. When I fill in all the details, I receive a message after clicking ok.

Could you please explain to me how this option works?

Thank you very much!

I think all those conditions in the dialogue box adds up, i.e., as you’ve entered it, it would be interpreted as “add parts where part no is 196493 and price group is SPG-ASY” etc. Perhaps your part has a different price group, or perhaps it’s already on the price list.

I have checked sales part’s price group and sales price list’s sales price group  both are same.

@Deepak In your Sales Price List printscreen I see that the 100640 price list is expired → Valid To: 31.12.2023. Therefore I guess the assistant will not add the sales part to an expired sales price list.

Could you try and extend the validity of the sales price list and then try again?

Hi @Marcel.Ausan ,

I will check as you advised and come back.
