Our bank now need the output file in a different format to when we went live with IFS Cloud, we are currently on 24R2. Can anyone advise how I alter the following Input Message Data file format.
By format I mean the order of the data held in this file and changing commas to full stop/period and potentially format being change from xml to another file extention.

Yes, you can format the file using transformers, which you can attach to the routing address to apply before the file dropped into a location/SFTP for example.
I have included a link below for you to review, as there are multiple methods for transformation depending on your desired outcome, there are also many standard IFS transformers which you could also leverage as required, they may not all meet your needs for now, but good to note for future reference.
