Basic Data Validation error during data migration using IFS Data Migration Manager (DMM)

Hi Experts,
We need your support with data migration using IFS Data Migration Manager (DMM). When attempting to migrate master or transaction data, the system is displaying an error in the output container during the validation of basic data — even though the basic data (e.g., Site, Organization) already exists in the system.

Hello ZFTMARTELE,

Please find enclosed error screen 

 

In the above screen after basic data validation the Customer Info failed and the Data Status as ‘Error, Basic data.

​@Sankar Most likely you have solved it already.

Might it be that the customer id field is not filled correctly? Or is this shown error to load customers. Data Status refers to basic data, so is there maybe a code used that is not yet in the list of available basic data?
