Hello, I add my colleague to the workspace in Power BI in web, but he had no priviledeges to push graphs into IFS, how he can add reports to the IFS?
According to this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uU5rnecGfGY he should have Admin portal and tenant setting, but he had this IN system

Add him to the exact workspace where your reports are uploaded.
And what permissions he should have? There are 4 options - member, administrator, contributor and reader. I add him administrator role, I hope that it will works.
Is that why I cannot see the admin portal in gear wheel because I only have a trial version that expires in 53 days?
