I had a doubt, is there anyway to add the employee/person which is temporary and doesn’t belong to the company (similar to contractual employees), still they get assigned the Work Tasks or assignments by the Company’s internal managers and the temporary technicians get their timesheets approved by the internal managers to get the Task closed.

Have you considered creating a group user within IFS and allowing temporary employees (or contractors) to use the group user. Many IFS customers do this and assign limited or targeted collections of permission sets to such group users.

We currently have different resource groups which are connected to a single site and company. We have users whose persons are created which are further created as resource and added to respective resource groups. But they all are permanent employees of our company and site. Do we need to create a separate resource group for the temporary employees! Also is there any way to keep them out of the company and site still get the work tasks assigned through our internal managers!
