Is anyone experience issues using the Time Balance Reconciliation with the Time Base “Job Hour Controlled Hours?”
I currently have the time balance reconcilliation process to convert any hours above 8 to OT. The time card is recalculated to subtract the regular hours allocated to overtime. E.g when reporting 10 hours on job, attendance hours with reconcilliation are reported as REG - 8, OT -2.
When trying to insert any additional job hours, I am getting the error message : Failed to insert normal hours…….
There is no error, when I turn off time balance calculation on the time card.
If anyone experienced the following issue, I would appreciate any insights.
