Hello

We have a problem with or our clocking devices and group accounts showing as supervisors in Employee File. All the mentioned accounts have Access in Graphical Organizational Structure and their Supervisor Type is “Person” is there a settings in IFS that we could define that only Supervisor Type “Employee” could be considered Supervisor in Employee File?

Hi,

I can’t really see in your screen shot, but I think you have grated access through a position..right? When you do so, the person becomes like a part of the organization.

All administrators, time clocks, group accounts and other that should just get access should be granted access directly with an access role - not a position.

I hope this will solve your issue
