Is IFS support the ‘forgot password’ funcion?
Right now just it says to contact an administrator.
Is there a way to enable that function for a user?

If the IFS user is Active AND the Oracle user is active then your user might be missing rye following grants:
Presentation Objects by Component:
Database Objects:
In the case of forgot password the user is mean to contact the administrator as they will have to reset the password for the user in this case.
