Is IFS support the 'forgot password' function?

Is IFS support the ‘forgot password’ funcion?

Right now just it says to contact an administrator.

Is there a way to enable that function for a user?

Who is your IFS system Administrator? The should be able to resolve this issue.

If the IFS user is Active AND the Oracle user is active then your user might be missing rye following grants:

@johnw66 Thank you John for your help. Your solution worked for the change password option. But it did not work for the forgot password option.

In the case of forgot password the user is mean to contact the administrator as they will have to reset the password for the user in this case.
