We are in Apps 10, UPD13. We want to clearly distinguished below two similarly named users/employees in time registration (see below figure 1). We have changed the employee “Internal display name” (see below figure 2). See below figure 3 for the result.
Is this the correct action to accomplish?
Will this break/impact anything in IFS due to these changes?
How do others handle this scenario?

Hi Jtobin,
In the application and the employee will be recognized and the data to the employee will be added and validated based on the employee Id and the person ID and these data cannot be duplicated, for your identification purpose you can distinguish the display name of the employee as you want.
