Data not loaded - just for 1 user - locking record?

Hi All,

We have a very strange case where data not loaded / very slow loading in “Terminate Employment Logs” just for 1 user. No impact on other users.

This user always used to manage this data thru this window so it is not a data access or permission issue .

I believe it is related to locking record issue because it is keep turning and waiting …

If I restrict the search just for 1 record , it will end up populating this record after 3-4 min … any suggestions will be much appreciated

the issue end up because of a custom field that just this user added it on his screen other users didn’t add it.

this Custom field was not loaded properly and caused the issue.
