Voucher error generated by the system when stock movement is made

Hello,

 

When a stock transaction is made, the exchange rate is displayed as 0 on the system-generated receipt. Normally, the USD exchange rate is displayed on the relevant date, but it does not display the exchange rate. What causes this issue? Can you help?
