Hello Team,
I wanted to reach out about a customer order that I am having trouble delivering. Upon checking, I noticed that no pick list has been created even though all the lines have been picked for this order. It seems like the user might have picked it from the quick order flow handling.
Additionally, there is no shipment connected to this customer order. I have tried creating a shipment for this order, but unfortunately, no lines are showing up in the Available Order Lines tab of the shipment in order to deliver the picked quantities.
Could you please assist me with this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
