Hi all,

 

I have a problem with a shop order that has a configuration. When I would like to issue one of its components that has a reserved line status, I get the following error. And, when I checked the inventory part im stock reservations page, there was not a line related to the part.

“The quantity reserved for part xx on site xxx at location xxxx should not be negative.”

What could be the cause of the problem, how can I solve the relevant issue?

I had encountered this error in the past, and it comes when someone updates the table directly through the backend.

In your case, most probably the record was deleted from the Inventory_Part_In_Stock_Tab directly while the Shop Order material line was still in Reservation status.

I would suggest checking the table CRUD logs if possible.
