Hallo

Maybe someone can help me. We work with R23.2 and I can not get the PRICAT transfer to work. 
My task is: I have a customer agreement and I want to transfer it to our IC site as a supplier agreement.
Or… I have a customer agreement on an IC site and want to transfer it to customer agreement on an other IC site.

My connectivity Outbox gives the message accepted, but my inbox message says rejected and the error is “ORA-01403: no data found”.
1. I have no idea where it tries to write the date.
2. Are my scenarios even possible?

I have checked the application and as far as I can see everything is set up correctly. 

What are the requirement that this can work? 

Installation Site is set up
Message Media set up


 

Message receiver set up
Message class set up
outbox accepted

 

inbox rejected

What haven’t I understood or how should this thing work?

​@Romana : No unfortunatelly I have not found a solution yet. Maybe it’s time to open up a ticket with IFS and see if they can help.
