IFS9- I have a list of POs from a search. Am I able to export them somehow? I have over 500 POs that I need to be placed into Excel or some kind of application that will allow me to see all of the results on one page. Ultimately I'm looking to compare past prices from one supplier to another.

Hi @RelleC,

You can use Output Channels or Excel Quick Reports for this.

Documentation on Output Channels can be found here:

https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/foundation1/010_overview/220_user_interface/about_outputchannels/default.htm

Output Channels can be configured using the ‘Output’ tab available at the bottom of IEE screen. You can choose the file type as well, whether it’s XML, CSV, Text or HTML and you can specify which application should open the file. You can create as many Output Channels as you prefer for different file types as per your need.

Documentation on Quick Reports can be found here:

https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/foundation1/010_overview/255_br_and_a/012_ad_hoc_reporting/010_SQL_Statements/default.htm

If you have a large dataset to be exported, Quick Reports is the way to go. You can export the result set of a Quick Report directly from the Quick Reports screen or after you have viewed the report as well.

Hope this helps!

Thank you so much. This isn't the screen I normally use. This helps out a ton.
