Hi all,

 

I would like to invoice a package part which is shipped via shipment page, from the create shipment invoices page however when I query the create shipment invoices page with the shipment id, I get no results? (Even though the relevant customer order line status is Partially Delivered)
What could be the reason, how can I invoice the relevant package part?

​@Ozge this is the behavior even in 25R1. However, if at least one package part in full is delivered, and the shipment is closed, I could create the invoice for the delivered amount (of the package) of the shipment. Do you have partially delivered components? If so, no, you wont be able to create the invoice for partially delivered components. You have not yet delivered the package part in full.

First of all, thank you for your response. The status of the customer order line is Partially Delivered, most likely due to the reason you mentioned, I can not create an invoice.

I will test the relevant process and get back to you.
