Hi all,
I have activated the standard Notify Next Purchase Authorizer event in the system for the relevant company and scheduled it to run at specific intervals.
However, when the scheduled execution time arrived, the task was not triggered automatically, and no job was created in the Background Jobs screen.
When I manually ran the task, a job was created in Background Jobs, but its status was Posted instead of Ready.
Could you please advise which areas I should check to ensure that this event runs automatically as scheduled?
My goal is to have the system automatically send email notifications to the relevant approvers when an approval step becomes active, according to the configured schedule.
