Lobby element doesn't work. IFS Cloud

Hi, 

You need to check the permission set of the user : by default, updates made on a Lobby page are not reflected on all the permission sets where this lobby page is granted.

Can you try to manually remove / add the lobby page on the user permission set and see if it works ?

Are you able to see contents as App Owner? If so, it could it be a permission set related issue - or in alternative, or the lobby page might be missing some parameters which are required for the lobby element to properly execute.
