Without entering the invoice customer at the creation of the customer order, can i add one after it is processed?

Hi
Yes you can do so. First you need to edit the created Customer Order. Thereafter, you can add or change the Invoice Customer under Order Details tab, Invoice section. Please refer below screenshot for better understanding.
