Hi,

I faced this error while trying to export a Crystal Report into PDF:

Illegal Access! PRPTINFO does not follow valid pattern.

Does anyone know the cause?

Regards

Hadi

I changed the parameter option "Show on (Viewer) Panel" from "Editable" to "Do not show" and issue fixed.

What version, release level, etc, of IFS Cloud, is being used here, Hadi?  Or are you running a legacy edition of IFS, by chance?

FYI, another IFS customer running Apps 10, UPD 12, has also encountered this issue.  IFS Support is currently investigating this matter.
