IFS Start Picture on Landing Zone

Can you share a screenshot of the full page, it’s hard to say what page you are on. Maybe with a part of the page URL.

Hi.  Below is a step by step guide that walks you through making this update.

To change the default landing zone start picture (the standard hero banner showing the worker with the yellow safety helmet) to your own corporate picture in IFS Cloud, you can configure it via the Branding settings in Solution Manager.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Navigate to Branding Management

1. Log in to IFS Cloud with an account having Administrator or System Configuration permissions.

2. In the Main Navigator, go to:
   $$\text{Solution Manager} \longrightarrow \text{User Interface} \longrightarrow \text{Branding} \text{ (or } \text{Branding Contexts / Manage Branding}\text{)}$$

2. Select or Create a Branding Context

• Open the Global/Default Branding Context (if you want the change applied system-wide), or select/create a context scoped to a specific Company / User Group.

3. Replace the Landing Page Image

1. In the Branding configuration editor, locate the Landing Page (or Hero Banner / Background Image) section.

2. Click on the default image (or select Upload / Replace Image).

3. Choose your corporate image file (supported formats: .png, .jpg, .svg).

   Tip: Use a high-resolution landscape image (e.g., $1920 \times 1080\text{ px}$ or widescreen aspect ratio) with adequate contrast so any overlaid text or navigation tiles remain readable.

4. Save and Publish

1. Click Save.

2. Set the branding state/version to Published (or Active) so it applies to active sessions.

3. Refresh your browser or clear the cache (Ctrl + F5) to verify the new landing page image.

Alternative: Custom Startup Page (Lobby)

If you prefer users to land directly on a customized corporate dashboard rather than the default landing zone:

• Users or administrators can change their default startup page to a tailored Company Lobby via User Profile $\rightarrow$ Settings $\rightarrow$ Startup Page.

ps - this is what I got back on what the guy in the yellow helmet is measuring - 

In the default IFS Cloud hero/landing image, the technician wearing the yellow safety helmet is using a digital vernier caliper to measure the diameter / thickness of a precision-machined metal part (workpiece/component).

The reading on the caliper display:

• $14.52\text{ mm}$ (millimeters) — On standard digital calipers, the primary metric readout shows millimeters to two decimal places (hundredths of a millimeter).

• Depending on the tool's mode, it represents $14.52\text{ mm}$ of outside diameter / thickness on that turned metal component (or $1.452\text{ inches}$ if in imperial mode).
