IFS Apps 10 error when trying to close a shop order

I am getting this error when trying to close a shop order.

Cannot reduce reservation to less than received.

 

Any advice or solutions on how to fix this error?

    HI @Watson24 ,

    You can follow up with the Shop order history and check if the reserved qty , issued Qty and received Qty relates to each other. 
    If extra items are reserved, you can check them at ‘Inventory part in stock reservations’ Screen.

    If all numbers are accurate kindly send a support ticket with IFS unified Support.
