I create a custom field in the grid in the first tab on the left on the menu customer analysis.
I can see it in the selector column (part hidden field) but i can’t see it even if i put it in the visible field in the grid.
I don’t understand why.

Put the column in the “visible” field grid. Then in your tab make sure to expand all columns. I’m thinking it’s column width is set to 0 or something strange so why you are not seeing it. We’ve had that happen to end users where they accidently set the width to nothing so it looks like it’s gone when it’s not.
