How do I create a Park Reason for Shop orders?

In APPS 10 when selecting the status park on the shop orders screen it prompts me to select a Park Reason, we currently do not use this status but would like to utilize it, but not sure how to load park reasons and descriptions. I do not see where this can be added via basic data. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Hello, when navigating to shop order basic data the only thing available to me is shop order priority, do you happen to have other options?
