We are looking into IFS as a potential ERP solution for the company I am at. One solution we are looking for with IFS is for “helpdesk”. We have used Zendesk for communicating with our external customers. I see that Call Ceneter is very robust and would work well for some areas, but I’m not sure this solution would work for communicating with outside customers when taking order request via email. If someone could help with some additional information on IFS could help in this space, I’d greatly appreciate it!

@Diligent3083 As you mentioned, call center can be used in achieving your requirements but it solely depends on the design of the solution & your expectations.

In IFS’s products suite, we have Customer Engagement (CE) which has more capabilities specifically designed for managing customer facing operations.
