Hi ,

Please note that we receive below error when cancelling the shop order.

We have cancelled all the DOP orders attached to the shop order. Furthermore we have removed all the material lines attached to the shop order as well. But still we get the above error in the system.

Expecting an answer from the experts!

Thank You,

Yukthila

.

The status for these DOP Order IDs is ‘Cancelled’, but the query shows as ‘Released.’

Should this be fixed through a Data Repair or is there another workaround for this?

Thanks,

Yukthila

Hi Yukthila

Yes, a data repair...or else I would simply close the shop order, instead of cancellation, as below. The shop order status will switch to “closed” and you can reopen if necessary.

It works with Non-DOP-Orders for sure..I hope the same applies to DOP. Demand/inventory planning for this part should be checked.

Hi Yukthila

Do you have any entries here if you check with PL/SQL in DOP_SHOP_ORD_MANPEG?
