Customer Order - Service Order

Hi all,

 

An inventory part with a customer order line whose supply code is a service order has been shipped to a customer and invoiced. 
I would like to return the material to stock. However, because the supply code is a service order, I can't use the RMA page; the system does not allow this process. 

How can I get the relevant invetory part back into stock as a return?

    Thanks for your response.

    I have not tried the relevant page. Because, there is a return invoice along with the part received from the customer and I would like to record this return invoice in the system as a response to the relevant returned part.
