My company is implementing IFS Cloud as our new ERP system.
I am supporting our Engineering team in setting up product structures. We create the structures in Engineering Parts and then transfer them to the sites using the Engineering Revision Transfer process.
The structure is based on a combination of parts with the acquisition codes Phantom and Make. We use the Phantom parts as "containers" for the Make parts.
We have noticed that, for some structures, certain components are missing from the configuration structures after the transfer. In most cases, all parts with the Make acquisition code are transferred correctly and are visible in the Configuration Structure view of the transferred structure. However, in some cases, only 18 out of 23 Make parts appear in the configuration structure.
What could be causing this issue? The settings for all parts are identical, and we always use the same transfer template. The missing components are also not visible when performing a detailed transfer.
