Cancel cash transfare in mixed payment

Good Day;

User Created a mixed payment to transfare cash from cash account in site 103 to another cash account.

then he decided to cancel the payment, but system raised the below massage.

what shall we do to cancel the payment?

Hi Khaled,

I wouldn’t worry about that error message. Just make a return transaction in Mixed Payment on the same date.
