i want to setup a basic CRM by myself, i need a little guidance. I created Lead Stages, Customer Sources and Potentials, can you look and say if they are correct in terms of their usage? I am open to any suggestions.

@Noriro2 I think this is too broad of an ask. CRM is very flexible and allows you to define whatever values fit to your specifc business scenario.
What do you mean by Lead Stages? Do you refer to the stages you create inside a CRM Process?
If yes, then I’d say the values you have defined are not relevant. Normally stages are linked top a CRM PRocess. Then wehn you create the Business Opportunity you need to select a CRM/Sales Process in the BO Header and automatically all the stages defined in the Sales process will be inherited in the BO and users could mark as Done different stages.
Below are some more meaningful stages as an example:

in IEE;
I thought the CRM module starts with Business Lead, so i tried to create a Lead by filling in the blanks, stages as in image above was empty, so i opened it and started to filling by trying to understand (searching google and chatgpt) what is stage in CRM, same as Source and Potential.
