The link should open the eLearning Training Material, if documentation is configured correctly.
Is your screenshot from Apps 8?
The link should look like this:

There’s no e-learning in Apps 10, just the help and technical documentation, but you can use the IFS Academy for training material. I believe you have to sign up on the page. If you’re having trouble try using the email address mentioned in the post.

Thanks it worked. can you let me know what email id i should be using to login to IFS Academy. as it is asking for Azure/Microsoft user name@<domain.com> which I guess is ifs.com
